Thanks again to everyone that send info on how to install the window seals. I installed them this weekend and it went fairly quickly. I installed the clips first then I pushed the seals down into the clips. I used the tool I mentioned (a simple hook made out of a computer card blank as Geo suggested) to pull up on the clips as I pushed down on the seals or to pull the clips higher if I pushed them down.
