No idea about the radio, but as to the window cranks,

I have a brand new set, sounding just as you describe. There are black
escutcheons, P/N 650261, and a pair of handles with black knobs, P/N
613017.

Rounding out the set are the inner door handles, P/N 608454, springs,
P/N 603382 and pins, P/N 600832.

Got my set from The Roadster Factory last summer. Hope this helps.
