I'm sure I related this story before, but here it is again. One weekend I was at a home improvement store and got several of water hose quick connects. I installed them on some of my garden hoses, they worked just fine. And I assumed they were just like my quick connects on all my air hoses and tools in the shop. So I went to disconnect a water hose under pressure.
