I have installed a few tankless units over the years 220v & propane. I=E2=80=
=99d suggest you run heavy enough wire to support the highest current that m=
ight be needed just in case. Both will require 2 conductors plus ground.=20
An alternative might be a small (1-2 gallon) tank type heater that you turn o=
n when you start work. It can be plugged into a 120v outlet.=20
