Household vinegar works very well for cleaning up uncured epoxy.  I'm
building a boat that needs
15 gallons of epoxy, and I have gone through 4 or 5 gallons of vinegar so
far.
I'm surprised that the instructions on little hardware-store tubes of epoxy
don't tell you this.
