I didn=E2=80=99t get the original post so I am piggybacking on this post.=20=
Freestanding vs tabletop: I bought a tabletop from Eastwood. As designed it i=
s pretty poor. The bottom doesn=E2=80=99t slope enough to feed abrasive. I l=
eft the grate out & just work on the abrasive pile. It=E2=80=99s fine but so=
metimes it=E2=80=99s hard to find small parts. Freestanding would have been b=
etter but I bought it for a single care restoration so didn=E2=80=99t want t=
o spend the $$$. The light is a joke also. I=E2=80=99ve been waiting for a r=
eplacement window for 6 months. Keep saying it=E2=80=99s back ordered. I don=
=E2=80=99t recommend this unit but it=E2=80=99ll do.=20
Media: I use fine coal slag. $10/50 lbs @ Tractor Supply. Works great.=20
Like Eric says, mine is set up really to go.=20

I keep AL oxide in mine. It's very aggressive, but I'm mostly cleaning real=
