Proper safety practice says someone should always be around in case.

A cell phone or one of those "I've fallen and I can't get up" thingies 
might work
if you're still conscious.

If you're in no condition to figure out a solution after you've gotten 
yourself into
a predicament, your executor takes care of your estate.
