I got tired enough of hefting around the 275/35-18 tires and wheels on 
my M5 that I put in a stud kit.

The nicest BMW stud kit I ran across was the one that Bimmerworld has 
ARP make for them.  Nice pilot-nosed studs so the nut will thread 
easily.  Of course they stick out a bit, but...
