Hi,
I have what appears to be an identical product to H-F P/N 36843: the P/N
113. Does anyone know the difference? Specs seem to be the same on their web
site. Price is $10 less when on sale but the same regularly. Huh?
I am sorry to report that two of the P/N 113 have failed (so far) within the
first five minutes of use. Grrr.
Any comments as to whether I likely got a bad batch or perhaps I should
switch to P/N 36843 when I return the second failed P/N 113 this weekend?
Both are on sale right now...
Thanks.

Subject: Re: Air powered reciprocating saw
I have one of Harbor Freight Central Pneumatic made in Taiwan
saw (P-36843) that works great on cutting body panels. This is a
cheap ($30 on sale) tool, I'd guess a name brand will be even better.
Blades, HF $7 to $8 for 5, Also bought some at Sears. I think Home
Depot also carries them. "Hard to reach" is hard to quantify but
I'd say the size of the tool allows use in confined spaces where
a recip saw or abrasive cutoff would not work. One other advantage,
you can cut tight curves, necessary when removing damaged panels.
