Haven't seen the conversion kits before, but I do have some 4 LED
flashlights. They're great for some things, but for others I miss
the focus. And I think mine were something like that price for the
whole flashlight. Now I can keep my Maglites with the focus and
still have some LED lights as well. I got mine from All Electronics,
but right now they only seem to have red and green ones.
