This should be a fascinating thread . .

My Chinese flea market "18 volt" will only charge to 9.6 volts but is a very
handy and useful took for the $9.00 it cost . .   so far.

My Craftsman 13.2 volt came with two batteries but they will no longer hold
a charge . . replacement battery from Sears is $58!   Can't find any
interchange nor rebuilder . . Sheeesh!
