sheet metal nibbler

Howdy,

I'm going to be needing to cut a bunch of sheet metal to piece in around 
rollcage tubes.  There'll be a few of us working and I've only got one 
plasma cutter which is what I normally use for this kinda thing.

What other good ways are there to cut sheet metal?  I've seen nibbler type 
things, but never held one or used one.  Do they work well?  Do they make 
electric powered ones?  (the plasma will be using the air...)  How thick 
can they cut?
