I don't have the problem because I don't grind and weld without blowing the area clean first. I do fitup grinding with bagged magnets. I tack and then the magnets leave the workplace. Minimal heat and clean tools. Magnets aren't a good idea to leave in the workpiece since they do influence the arc. Especially in TIG processes. Scott |
