Not that I know of thats easy. Considering its usually about $5 for a
new one, the easiest test would be to replace it.

Universal (AFAIK). You just need to know the length. Or buy one thats
too long, and coil up the excess (I've done this)

Trivial. You unroll the new one and bend the tube to be the same as the
old one, then slip it in.
I used to have to replace mine about every year. I've since moved it
slightly so it is not completely engulfed in flame and it lasts longer.
