One other quick question, on my work truck (<read not used that often>) I
always have problems with the heat shields on the mufflers and cat
converters rusting loose. The units still work fine, but they rattle like
heck.
First, is there a way to prevent it from happening?
Next, is there an easy way to fix them? I remove the shields when
possible, but right now, the cat. con. is rattling internally. Can I
"crush" it slightly to try and fix it? any ideas?
