I _think_ that's for individual wires run in conduit or other type of
"raceway", and that Romex-style cable is down-rated some, but I'm far from
certain. I also _think_ that 6 gauge copper Romex can be used up to 60 amps,
but again I'm not sure. One of the few things I _know_ is that 6 gauge Romex
passed inspection in Oregon with 50 amp breakers :-)
