Your attachment didn't make it thru, but it's a common story.
There's a small town in Virginia (along I-81) that has a reputation for throwing
speeders in jail for a couple of days - even for 5 - 10 over the limit. The
Judge REALLY hates speeders...
My son passes thru this section of interstate going to/from college. I keep
trying to convince him it's serious, but he won't believe that a judge can
jail you for speeding ...
