I am having a recurring ballast problem with kitchen flourescent lights. The ballasts went out 2 years ago (2 fixtures) so I replaced them. A year later the ballasts were gone again so I put 2 new complete fixtures in and now the ballasts are going on these new fixtures... Is there a wiring problem that could be causing this or are ballasts just not long term components these days? Thanks for any wisdome the list can provide.
