Around here nobody will fill a tank unless it's theirs, or if you have
the original purchase receipt from when you bought the tank. If you
swap out your tanks, now you have *their* tanks - and you're stuck. You
can't get them filled anywhere else, and if you move out of the area,
you're screwed, since they're not *your* tanks any more.
The scam doesn't seem to be nationwide yet, but it's common through
parts of the South I've been in recently.
