There's a company out there called something like "Parking Solutions" 
that does stackers, both above and below-ground. 

(Below-ground is my dream, I think - a drop down lift 
at the end of the driveway, before the pad in front of the garage,
with maybe a one-slot storage area underground, so
two cars could be kept down there....)
