To All: The so-called low-energy neon/fluorescent/electronic lamps are suprisingly sturdy and really do deliver 100 watts of illumination for only 27 watts of power. But their main advantage in my opinion is that they will operate quite happily from the little peanut inverter used to power a lap-top, providing you with a trouble light equally at home in the shop or on the road. -Bob |
