Hi! Unfortunately one does. I can understand the problem you have if you live in
the "Mother Country" . One can't belong every club. I'm getting ready to join
the
RREC though. I like the Annual Gathering so much!.
I would be happy to "copy" any questions to the RROC List and then the
answers
to this list. (I don't think I will get in trouble). If you are on this side of
the pond, I strongly recommend joining.
