Book recommendations

Can anyone recommend several good books on the Rolls/Bentley from
1965-present which concentrates on model information, model differences, a
list of when options first appeared in various models (e.g. cruise control,
power locks, etc), etc.  I live in the USA and would be more interest in USA
model info rather than other markets, but I would think that there would be
little difference between markets.  TIA.
