[oletrucks] VIN update

As of Tuesday June 19th, I'm no closer to getting a clear title than I
was last week.
I am going to apply for a lost title for the cab that I bought years
ago. I never used the title because it was just a cab, no frame. A lady
at work has a friend that works at the DMV and I am hoping I can get
some help from her. At least maybe she can speed up the process. I'll
update the list as I make process.
