Hey all, a friend is planning a nostalgia buildup of a 31 Chevy coupe, using a mid 50s 235 engine (hot rodded) and early 50s car closed driveline. We were talking trannys, and can't recall whether a floor shift 3 speed was offered in trucks in the 1940s. Does anyone know for sure? -- Jim Visit the Selectric Typewriter Museum at it's new home! http://www.selectric.org oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
