I believe the '54 and earlier solenoid starter will work these are 6v but work good on 12v these go back to '49 at least. this is what I used in my '52 GMC powered race car with a stock bellhousing and later with a '54 truck bell and trans, same starter. Lee oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
