I just took my cab off the frame Sunday. My floor was so rusted I couldn't lift it with a jack. I tied a piece of rope between the two lower hinges and one from one of the seat slides to the other. Stuck the engine host through the window ( doors still on) and hooked on to the two ropes. It worked great but I had to play around a bit to get the balance right.
