[oletrucks] Cab to bed distance

Hi all,

Ok, 59 Apache 

Does anyone know where to find or what the correct distance from the rear
mounting holes for the cab to the front of the bed should be?

I don't have my books here at work. If it is in the 58 manual or 59
supplement, just tell me to go read.  :-)
