I spoke to my brother in law who is in the plastic business. He quoted me
$5,000 for an inexpensive injection mold that would produce a part that may
cost around $.80 to $1.25 each. I do not think there is money to be made.
Another way is to make a very inexpensive pattern -- about $800. and cast
them in aluminum. Then the die cast part would cost approx. $4-$6.00 each.
To rich for me to make a fortune on.
