Apparently Mar-K has these plugs but only for TF and later, not the slanted
ones required for AD trucks. Here's their reply yto my inquiry:

Our Stake Pocket Hole Covers are designed to fit 54-98 GM stepsides.  They
are however $4.00 ea.
