Someone on the list had scanned this article and sent it out. I have a photo
copy of the article and its something to consider.

Subject: [oletrucks] New process 4 speed OD
Custom Classic Trucks magazine had an article about
installing the OD trans
in Feb 2001. It is a mid 70's MoPar A-833 transmission.
Think it comes with a
Hurst shifter from the factory. You must get an aluminum
case trans as the
iron ones were 1.1 4th gear. It also must have a 23 spline
output shaft. It
is the same length as the Chevy trans. You might be able to
get a back issue
of the magazine. It is a real good article showing the
installation in an old
Chevy. ( 7 pages ) I am thinking seriously about it myself.
