[oletrucks] frame treatment

A word about POR-15. I coated the stripped down frame on a 79 Jeep CJ-5 with
the stuff (1 coat).
 I put many rough miles on it through the Arizona dessert (off road of course)
and it held up very well. I plan on using it on my '51 Chevy 3100 when I start
redoing it.
