Was installing my gas tank this week end and after 2 years I forgot how the gas tank straps go on. The rear one was easy given the shape of thestrap support that bolts to the frame. The front is more of a problem. There is only one hole and its is threaded. But there was no place along the left side frae rails where the braket would fit flush to the frame. Is a spacer of some kind required? I totally draw a blank. Thanks oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
