[oletrucks] Window weatherstip care

Getting ready to install my new back and corner windows.  Question:  do any
of you reccomend a dressing or treatment to keep the weatherstrip in good
condition?  I'd like it to stay new looking.  Course the old
weatherstripping held up pretty well for 45 years.
