[oletrucks] 55 GMC 1st Rearend

I have aquired a 55 GMC 1st series Hydramatic Rearend in this bunch of
trucks I just got and am wondering what the Ratio would probably be as well
as will it bolt in my 38 1/2 without modifying perches etc.I don't have it
home yet to check it out. but should be a direct bolt in I believe the 38
1/2 is setup same as 41-46 trucks I believe if that helps clarify things.
