I bought and installed the Chevy Duty harness for $100.  I thought the 
quality of the harness was good.  I found the instructions to be marginal and 
at times frustrating.

With regard to the fuse box I purchased one from Chevy duty for about $20.  
It was of adequate quality and easy to install.
