According to the article, you need to get the aluminum case trans. And they
came in a lot of Dusters - Darts- with a 225 slant six. They say it bolts
directly to the GM bellhousing. Also the input shaft bearing retainer can be
turned down on a lathe or you can order one (they give you the part #).
Other than that you just need a different splined yoke. The A-833 is
supposed to be the same length as original GM 3-spd.
