[oletrucks] Vacuum Wipers

Dear Ole Truckers,
    I recently purchased a rebuilt wiper motor from Jim Carter's.  It doesn't 
seem to be doing the trick.  Is there anything that I need to do on the other 
end to enhance vacuum pressure?  The rubber tube seems to be free of 
obstruction. 
    The wipers will open up but not complete the cycle.  Any suggestion would 
be greatly appreciated.
