[oletrucks] 3 spd jumper

After hours of searching thru the archives for what I thought I remembered
being discussed before I will go ahead and bother youall with the   question
after all. My three speed column shifter wants to jump out of high gear
occasionally while driving along at a steady speed. I'm trying to figure out
the cause and cure.
