[oletrucks] No Size! No Shirt! Sorry!

I'm still looking for Rod Cook to ping me about the sizes that he wants for
his T-shirts.  I'm compiling the order now and have 181 shirts to this
point.  I want to order the blank shirts from the warehouse today, but if I
don't hear from Rod, Sorry buddy I can't order your shirts!  I have a check,
but no sizes.
