[oletrucks] differentials

The previous owner of my truck installed a 1964 half ton rear end with a
3.73 ratio. I see a lot of information on models thru 1962. Can someone tell
me if lower ratios are available to fit my unit?
      Also can the front main transmission box from a 3 speed Muncie from a
torque tube era be interchanged with a later open drive rear or tail housing
3 spd Muncie?
