I FOUND THE PROBLEM!!
I replaced the points, condenser, distributor cap and coil. Turned the key
and It started right up. Points were closed and could not be opened. After
all this time it was something so simple that I'll know next time to check
these things first after the battery. Thank's to every one who replied.
Now I can start work on the carburetor, brakes and the 101 other things that
need to be worked on. Hope to have truck driveable by end of summer.
