Hey, don't make it complicated! If your tires are 30" tall, and you add an inch, it's about 3% difference...so your speed (at same rpm) will go up 3%, or about 2 mph at highway speed (65 mph). If you want the drop in rpm for increasing your tire by 1" (assuming the same mph), it's 3% again, or about 100 rpm if you were turning about 3000 to 3500 rpm before the change.
