Sounds like a fun project!  You should be able to find lots of goodies
in the ads in Street Rodder magazine.

I think you are on the right track, with mII suspension, 350 engine,
etc.  This may be an expensive project, so plan carefully, and feel free
to ask!  I've built a 39 Chevy sedan street rod, and worked on several
other rods as well as newer trucks.
