[oletrucks] 235 aftermarket intake, exhaust, cam

whats a good manifold and dual exhaust setup for a 235? what carbs would work 
well with the setup? what kind of power gains could i expect? is it worth 
putting in a cam for better performance? Also, i have a 50 3100 with a 235, 
how can you tell if the engine is full oil pressure or like the 216? what was 
the year it went to full pressure and what are the casting #'s?
