Allen,
    I bought one from a Snap On dealer about 12 years ago. It has a large 
knurled knob that is spring loaded on top, a handle sort of like a ratchet 
drive, a socket, and a screwdriver tip that is controlled by the spring loaded 
knob. It
works great. I think it was kinda pricey but I can't stop when I get on board 
one of those tool vans!
