[oletrucks] Shifter Knob

Does anyone on the list have a picture of the proper shifter knob for a 58
GMC Hydramatic and also a picture of a 58 GMC manual transmission.  In
looking in the master parts manual for 58 it shows to different part
numbers.  Both are polar gray but I do not know what they should look like.
