These units work well for power accessories, but DO NOT use them for
speaker connections, especially if you are running a high wattage
separate amp type system. If you open a door while the stereo is on, it
will disconnect one set of speakers creating an unbalanced load. This
could quickly fry your amp. Just my 2 cents.
