I'm not that knowledgable on the 366 other than I know I've driven some
early 1980's farm trucks with 366 engines. They used them in the C60 and C70
models as wheat trucks around the midwest.  I beleive thay are still using
them.. these trucks were single and tandom axel trucks with 2 speed
rearends.  If its the same engine.  I beleive they are very common and easy
to come by.
