I don't know about everybody's NAPA store, but mine carries two distinct
lines of tools. One line is the ones that are on the main shelves. These
are good quality tools but may not be the best quality (country of
manufacture varies by item). On a shelf back near their wholesale counter
is another line of tools that are their "professional" line. These are all
high quality, and from what I have seen are all either US, German, or Japan
made. With the largest portion being US made (80%+). I can't say for any
other NAPA stores, but that is how our local one is set up.
